摘要
用户研究是所有产品研发流程中的重要环节,也是设计师找到设计创新点的有效途径,家具产品的用户研究如何进行、以何种研究方式进行仍需要深入挖掘和探讨。观察研究法作为所有研究方式中最直观、真实的一种研究方式,与用户访谈方法结合,更能够直接搜集到用户在使用某一类家具的真实状态和需求,并且能够最大程度地避免研究者的主观假设对研究结果的干扰。本文论述了以观察研究法为主的家具设计用户研究在家具设计全过程的重要位置,阐述了观察研究法的理论背景和研究结构,以及该研究方法在家具设计用户研究中的应用现状。
As an important part of product development process,user research is also an effective way for the designer to find the innovative points of design.But how to conduct furniture user research and in what manner is still need to be explored.Observation survey is the most intuitive and authentic research method which can be combined with user interviews to enable collect the real needs of users for certain types of furniture,and at the same time can avoid the influence of investigator subjective assumptions on the research results.On the basis of the priority of observation survey methodology in the whole process of furniture design,the theoretical background,research structure,and the application of observation survey methods were discussed in the paper.
