摘要
目的翻译中文版10条目心理韧性量表并进行信效度检验。方法将英文版量表翻译成中文,采用便利抽样方法选取560名护生并随机分成2组进行探索性因子分析,并采用平行分析及验证性因子分析对量表的因子结构进行检验,利用收集数据对量表的Cronbach’sα系数、分半信度、重测信度、内容效度、结构效度进行检验。结果中文版10条目心理韧性量表仍维持原英文量表的单因子结构,共10个条目,累积方差解释量为48.641%,Cronbach’sα系数为0.851。该量表10个条目的内容效度为0.830~1.000,分半信度为0.811,重测信度为0.817。主成分分析的平行检验及验证性因子分析均验证了此量表单因子合理性。结论中文版10条目心理韧性量表具有良好的信度和效度,题量少,使用方便,适合作为护生心理韧性水平的检测工具。
Objective To examine the psychometric properties of the 10-item Connor-davidson Resilience Scale（CD-RISC） in a sample of Chinese nursing students.Methods The psychometric properties of Chinese version of CD-RISC were tested in a sample of 560 nursing students,which was then divided into two groups.Parallel analysis and CFA were used to test the structure of the scale.Results The Chinese version of CD-RISC included 10 items and retained its original one-factor structure,which could explain 48.641% of the total variance.The content validity of each item ranged from 0.830 to 1.000.The Cronbach ＇s α,split-half reliability of the scale was 0.851 and 0.811 respectively and test-retest reliability was 0.817.Conclusion The Chinese version of10-item CD-RISC,being reliable,valid and easy to use,is a suitable screening tool to recognize nursing students with various levels of resilience.
