摘要
本文以国家林业局昆明勘察设计院(以下简称昆明院)开展干部人事档案专项审核工作为研究对象,分析了昆明院开展干部人事档案专项审核工作的基本情况和主要特点,对林业科研设计单位干部人事档案管理普遍存在的问题和改进措施进行了探讨。
Taking Kunming Survey and Design Institute of State Forestry Administration as an example(hereinafter referred to as Kunming Institute), this paper analyzed the basic situation and main characteristics of the special examination and verification work on personnel file management in Kunming Institute, and discussed generally existing problems and improving measures for forestry scientific research or design units.
