摘要
目的研究及分析生脉注射液对感染性休克患者氧代谢及血清细胞因子的影响程度,为感染性休克患者的治疗提供参考依据。方法将2014年11月-2016年4月医院诊治60例感染性休克患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例;对照组进行常规的感染性休克治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用生脉注射液,比较两组患者治疗前、后1d及7d氧代谢及血清细胞因子水平。结果治疗后1d及7d观察组氧代谢指标SvO2、O2ER及VO2水平分别为(70.26±5.67)%、(54.64±5.66)%、(130.24±4.99)ml/(min·m2)及(73.64±5.88)%、(59.84±5.93)%、(121.61±4.80)ml/(min·m2),均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生脉注射液对感染性休克患者氧代谢及血清细胞因子的影响更为积极,因此生脉注射液在感染性休克患者中的应用价值较高。
OBJECTIVE To study and analyze the influence of Shengmai injection for the oxygen metabolism and serum cytokines of patients with infectious shock,in order to provide evidence for the treatment of patients with infectious shock.METHODS A total of 60 patients with infectious shock in our hospital from Nov.2014 to Apr.2016 were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group by the random number table method.Patients in control group were treated with routine treatment of infectious shock,in observation group were treated with Shengmai injection on the basic treatment of control group,and then the oxygen metabolism and serum cytokines levels of the two groups before the treatment and at the first and seventh day after the treatment were compared.RESULTS The oxygen metabolism and serum cytokines of two groups before the treatment were compared,all P〈0.05,The oxygen metabolism indexes SvO2,O2 ER and VO2 of observation group at the first and seventh day after the treatment were respectively(70.26±5.67)%,(54.64±5.66)%,(130.24±4.99)ml/(min·m2)and(73.64±5.88)%,(59.84±5.93)%,(121.61±4.80)ml/(min·m2),which were all better than those of control group,and the differences were all significant(P〈0.05).CONCLUSIONThe influence of Shengmai injection for the oxygen metabolism and serum cytokines of patients with infectious shock are more active,so the application value of Shengmai injection in the patients with infectious shock is higher.
