摘要
目的分析小剂量多巴胺与多巴酚丁胺联合应用对重症肺炎患儿血清细胞因子水平的影响。方法 43例重症肺炎患儿,均在常规治疗基础上给予使用小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗,观察治疗前后患儿的血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平变化情况。结果本组43例患儿治疗后的IL-6、IL-8、CRP及TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗总有效率为95.3%。结论小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗小儿重症肺炎的疗效可靠,可显著改善患儿的血清细胞因子水平,值得临床进一步推广使用。
Objective To analyze influence by small dose of dopamine combined with dobutamine on serum cytokine level in infantile severe pneumonia children. Methods A total of 43 children with severe pneumonia all received additional small dose of dopamine combined with dobutamine to conventional therapy. Changes of serum interleukin-6（IL-6）, interleukin-8（IL-8）, C-reactive protein（CRP）, and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） levels were observed before and after treatment. Results All the 43 cases had lower levels of IL-6, IL-8, CRP and TNF-α after treatment than those before treatment. Their difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. Total effective rate of treatment was 95.3%. Conclusion In treating infantile severe pneumonia, mall dose of dopamine combined with dobutamine provides creditable effect. This method can improve serum cytokine level, and it is worth further clinical promotion and application.
