摘要
目的观察复方黄藤合剂对急性放射性肠炎的治疗作用及其机制。方法将60例急性放射性肠炎患者,随机分为2组各30例,实际有效病例观察组28例,对照组29例。2组均予放射治疗,对照组予抗炎止泻以及胸腺蛋白口服液保留灌肠治疗,观察组在对照组口服药物的基础上予复方黄藤合剂内服及保留灌肠。观察2组患者总体疗效、有效率,治疗前后中医症状评分、卡氏功能状态评分(Karnorfsky’s performance scale,KPS)、免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,Ig A)、免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)、免疫球蛋白G(Ig G),以及CD4/CD8(cluster of differentiation)的变化情况。结果治疗有效率比较,观察组高于对照组;治疗前后症状总评分差值比较,观察组高于对照组;治疗前后血清Ig A、Ig M、Ig G的水平、CD4/CD8的比值及KPS评分差值比较,观察组均优于对照组。结论复方黄藤合剂治疗急性放射性肠炎疗效确切,其作用机制可能与增强肠道免疫功能有关。
AIM To observe the therapeutic effects of Huangteng Mixture on acute radiation enteritis and with accumulated dampness heat and its mechanism of action. METHODS Sixty cases of acute radiation enteritis were randomly divided into two groups,thirty cases each. Finally,there were twenty-eight cases in the treatment group and twenty-nine in the control group. Both groups were treated with radiation therapy. Patients in the control group were treated with anti-inflammatory diarrhea and thymus protein oral liquid as retention enema treatment. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Huangteng Mixture and retention enema on the base of the oral drugs used in the control group. The overall efficacy and effective rate of the two groups were observed,and the changes of TCM symptom score,Karnofsky score（ KPS）,Ig A,Ig G,Ig M and CD4 / CD8 were observed before and after the treatment. RESULTS The effective rate of patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. The difference of the total score before and after the treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. The levels of Ig A,Ig M,Ig G,CD4 / CD8 and KPS in the treatment group were also better than those in the control group. CONCLUSION The effect of Huangteng Mixture in treating acute radiation enteritis is definite,and its mechanism may be related to the enhancement of the immune function of the intestine.
