摘要
为了更好地富集和驯化以煤炭为唯一碳源情况下的产气微生物,利用Minitab17软件进行设计,找到了优化无机盐营养液配方,即硝酸铵5.0 g/L、氯化钙1.1 g/L、硫酸镁0.1 g/L、硫酸铁0.4 g/L、磷酸二氢钾1.1 g/L、氯化钠0.5 g/L。从而为进一步开展污泥驯化煤降解微生物研究提供了良好的培养条件。
For better enriching and taming the gas-producing microorganisms which use coal as the sole carbon source, used the Minitab 17 software to do the central composite design, and found the optimized solution of inorganic salt nutrient that the concentration of ammonium nitrate is 5.0 g/L, the concentration of calcium chloride is 1.1 g/L, concentration of magnesium sulfate is 0.1 g/L, the concentration of ferric sulfate is 0.4 g/L, the concentration of potassium dihydrogen phosphate is 1.1 g/ L, and the concentration of sodium chloride is 0.5 g/L. Therefore, it provided a good internal conditions for the domestication of coal-biodegradation microorganisms in sludge.
