摘要
目的分析慢性化脓性中耳炎患者出院后电话随访的现状、影响因素及探讨如何提高随访依从性的方法。方法回顾性分析2013年2月至2015年6月在本院住院的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者173例,其中女103例,男70例;年龄14~78岁,平均(45.5±14.5)岁。分别于出院后2周、1个月、3个月及6个月对患者进行电话随访,记录随访情况,并对影响随访依从性的因素进行统计学分析。结果术后2周随访依从率为61%(105/173);术后1月随访依从率为66%(115/173);术后3个月随访依从率为51%(89/173);术后个6月随访依从率为33%(57/173);平均随访依从率为52.25%。不同文化、性别及患者对术后的满意程度对术后随访依从率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05);不同年龄组术后随访依从率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。文化程度高的患者比文化程度低的患者随访依从率高(P〈0.05);男性依从率低于女性的依从率(15%vs.56%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);对手术满意度高的患者比对手术满意度低的患者随访依从率高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。失访的83人中,因对手术不满意拒绝随访的占3例(3.6%),因更换电话号码、错号、空号及拨打电话无人接听的占60例(72.3%),因无法听懂普通话拒绝随访的20例(24.1%)。结论护士工作的认真程度、患者的文化程度、性别及对手术的满意程度对慢性化脓性中耳炎术后患者随访依从率均有影响,可为日后如何提高出院患者电话随访依从率提供依据。
Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of telephone follow- up of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM), and discuss how to improve the compliance of follow-up. Methods 173 hospitalized patients with CSOM in our hospital from February 2013 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, including 103 cases of female, 70 cases of male, age 14-78 years old, the average age (45.5±14.5) years old. The patients were followed up 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after discharge respectively. The influencing factors of the compliance were analyzed statistically. Results After 2 weeks of follow-up, the compliance rate was 61% (105/173); after 1 month of follow-up, the compliance rate was 66% (115/173); after 3 months of follow-up, the compliance rate was 51% (89/173); after 6 months of follow-up, the compliance rate was 33% (57/173); the average follow-up compliance rate was 52.25%. There were statistically significant differences in postoperative follow-up compliance among patients with different degrees of education, gender, satisfaction degree (P〈0.05), there was no statistically significant difference in postoperative follow- up compliance among patients with different age (P〉0.05). Follow-up compliance rate was higher in patients with higher degree of education, female patients (56% vs.15%), patients with higher satisfaction degree, with statistically significant differences (P〈0.05). 83 cases lost follow-up, in whom 3 cases (3.6%) refused follow- up because the surgery was not Satisfactory, 20 cases (24.1%) refused follow-up because they can't understand mandarin, there were 60 cases (72.3%) of changing phone number, wrong phone number, vacant number, or call no answer. Conclusion The degree of nurses' serious work, the degree of education, gender, surgical satisfaction degree of patients all have influence on follow-up compliance of patients with CSOM, which can provide the basis for how to improve the tel
