摘要
目的：研究2种不同的鼻腔护理方法在鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效。方法：我院经鼻内窥镜治疗的2013-04~2014-04共280例鼻息肉鼻窦炎患者,比对2种术后护理鼻腔的方法产生的效果。结果：患鼻息肉鼻窦炎的280例患者出院后生活质量显著提高。结论：通过强调鼻窦炎鼻息肉的术后护理,有利于减少鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻息肉鼻窦炎的术后不良反应,有助于改善患者的日常生活。
Objective： To discuss the postoperative nursing for patients with nasal endoscopic treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods： Postoperative nursing experience of 280 cases with endoscopic treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps was summed up. Results： 280 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps were all discharged.Conclusion： Postoperative nursing for patients with nasal endoscopic treatmentof sinusitis and nasal polyps has an important role in reducing complications and promoting rehabilitation.
