摘要
阐述了电力需求侧管理是推进能源革命的重大战略选择,提出了从安全用电、节约用电、环保用电、绿色用电、智能用电5个方面着力推进能源革命,以及若干政策建议。
In this paper, power demand side management is pointed out as a key strategic option for advancing energy revolu- tion, and five primary dimensions facilitating energy revolution are figured out. Those are safety electricity use, energy saving, environ- mental potection, green electricity and smart electricity. A series of political recommendations are put forward.
