总结了"十二五"时期我国电力需求侧管理工作的现状及成效,分析了电力需求侧管理面临的新形势和新机遇,提出了关于"十三五"时期电力需求侧管理工作思路的具体建议。
This paper summarizes the current situation and effect of DSM work in China during the 12^th Five-Year Plan period, analyzes the new situation and new opportunities in the DSM work and puts forward suggestions about the work approaches of DSM during the 13^th Five-Year Plan period.
