摘要
对昆明某肉食品企业的高温肉制品加工污水,采用气浮-水解酸化-生物接触氧化-活性砂过滤工艺处理,废水处理量为1 000 m^3/d,进水COD、BOD_5、SS、NH_3-N分别为1 700、800、1 000、40 mg/L,处理后出水各指标分别为61、30、10、12 mg/L。处理效果好,处理出水稳定达标,运行费用为2.97元/t。
Flotation-hydrolytic acidification-bio-contact oxidation-active sand filter process is chose to treat meat processing wastewater in Kunming. The treatment capacity is 1 000 m3/d, average concentrations of COD, BOD5, SS and NH3-N are 1 700, 800, 1 000 and 40 mg/L, respectively. The treated water concentration can reach 61, 30, 10 and 12 rag/L, respectively. The treated water quality can reach the discharge demand stably with 2.97 yuan/t of the operating cost.
