摘要
介绍了某化纤有限公司酯化废水处理工程的设计及运行结果。采用酸化池-UASB预处理高浓度酯化水和混凝气浮处理地面冲洗水后,通过高负荷活性污泥池-生物接触氧化-深度处理单元集中处理达标并回用。酸化池-UASB可高效稳定处理酯化废水,COD去除率>90%,而混凝气浮处理地面冲洗水的效率很低;当COD浓度<50 mg/L时,生物接触氧化作用极其有限,甚至存在负面影响。工程实践表明,本工艺设计参数可进一步优化,以降低投资及运行费用。
The process design and operation effect of the esterification wastewater treatment project in a chemical fiber company were introduced. The wastewater was treated and recycled with the high loading activated sludge, biological contact oxidation process and advanced technology after acidification and UASB treating the high-concentration esterification wastewater and coagulation floatation treating the ground flushing water. The COD removal of above 90% was obtained by acidification and UASB, but co- agulation floatation cannot remove COD from the ground flushing water. When COD was lower than 50 mg/L, the biological contact oxidation process cannot play the role and had the negative effect. The practice showed that the process design could be optimized in order to decrease the investment and operation cost.
