摘要
针对现有铁路客运车辆电气控制屏柜因种类繁多导致的测试效率低、通用性不强等缺点,结合CoDeSys软PLC技术、FPGA技术和以太网通信技术,设计了一种满足不同铁路客运车辆电气控制屏柜功能测试的通用微机测试台。该测试台通过构建CodeSys软PLC平台、数字量输入输出单元,利用以太网进行通信,保证了电气控制屏柜产品可靠性,提高了测试效率。
For solving the problems of low effi ciency and less generality in testing the various electrical control cabinet of railway passenger train, a general microcomputer testing bench by combining the CoDeSys soft PLC technology, FPGA technology, and Ethernet communication technology was designed. The testing bench could ensure the reliability of products and improve the effi ciency of the test by constructing the development platform of CoDeSys soft PLC and designing the unit of digital input and output with the communication of the Ethernet.
