摘要
研究了不同早强剂和流变改性剂对快速抢修砂浆抗压强度和可工作性能的影响。结果表明:合适的早强剂能够使得快速抢修砂浆具有良好的小时强度;适宜的流变改性剂能够保证快速抢修砂浆具有较好的可工作性能;随着温度条件改变,早强剂和流变改性剂的复配比例也要进行相应的调整,以保证制得的快速抢修砂浆既能具有适宜的可工作性能,又能在短时间内形成结构,实现快速硬化,并且有利于长龄期抗压强度的稳定增长。
The influence of different early strength agent and retarder on the compressive strength and the working performance of rapid repair mortar were studied.The results show that the suitable early strength agent ensures favorable hour strength of rapid repair mortar.Suitable retarder ensures good working performance of rapid repair mortar.On the different temperature conditions,the mix ratios of early strength agent and retarder are adjusted accordingly to ensure rapid repair mortar having proper working performance forming structure in short time and hardening rapidly,and the compressive strength of rapid repair mortar develops stably with the growth of the age.
