摘要
针对我国既有客货共线铁路开行27 t轴重重载列车的情况,就不同编组次序的重载列车对于典型跨度桥梁的损伤度进行研究,以期得到使桥梁疲劳损伤达到最小的合理编组方式。采用STAAD/PRO有限元软件建立典型跨度简支梁模型,将不同编组次序的重载列车通过简支梁,计算得到跨中弯矩历程,然后采用雨流法对弯矩历程进行分析,计算得到不同编组次序的列车通过桥梁时产生的损伤度。通过研究,掌握了编组次序对于不同跨度桥梁疲劳损伤的影响程度,并对合理的重载列车编组方式提出建议。
The heavy haul train with 27 t axil loads may be operated on railways for both freights and passengers in China.The marshalling sequence has a significant effect on bridges with typical span lengths.In this paper,this influence was studied to optimize marshalling sequence leading to a minimum fatigue damage.A simply supported beam model with typical span lengths was set up by STAAD/PRO finite element software.The moment history at the mid-span was calculated under load cases with different marshalling sequences.The rain flow method was used to analyze the moment history to obtain damage degrees of each load case.In this way,the influence of marshalling sequence of heavy haul train on bridge fatigue damage was investigated,and corresponding suggesting on marshalling mode was proposed.
