摘要
旨在探索一种新的药物提取方法,改进药物生产工艺设计,提高药物成分提取效率,缩短生产周期。实验通过碱溶酸沉法提取溶剂分子短时间充分渗透到药材中,提高提取效果;分析提取橙皮苷效果的多条生产工艺,寻找最佳决定因素,实现提取工艺改良设计的要求。
To explore a new method of drug extraction and improve the design of drug production process, and improve the extraction efficiency of pharmaceutical components and shorten the production cycle, by alkali-solution and acid-isolation this experiment extracts solvent molecules to penetrate them into medicine in a short time, which improves the extraction effect. The effect of multiple production process of extracting hesperidin is analyzed to find the optimal determinants, which meets the requirements for extraction process improvement design.
