摘要
脂质纳米制剂包括纳米乳、固体脂质纳米粒、纳米结构脂质载体以及脂质体等剂型,近年来在眼科应用发展迅速。本文通过查阅、归纳和整理近期的文献,分析上述4种脂质纳米制剂的特点,介绍其在眼部给药方面的应用进展,并综述和介绍了此类制剂所用辅料、制备工艺及表征方法。
Lipid-based nanoscale formulations, including nanoemulsions, solid lipid nanoparticles, nanostructured lipid carriers and liposomes, have made considerable progress in ophthalmic application in recent years. The purpose of this paper is to give a brief introduction of the lipid-based narloscale formulations via summarizing the latest literature. The characteristic and ophthalmic application of this category of formulations were elaborated. Furthermore, formulation, preparation and evaluation of the lipid-based nanoscale drug delivery systems have also been reviewed.
