摘要
[目的/意义]单篇研究论文直接评价在学术出版、科研管理中有广泛应用,目前最常见的单篇论文直接评价方法是多指标加权评价法,该法存在指标打分主观性易过大、关键性指标可能被非关键指标掩盖、创新性评价指标细化不够、论文分级区分度不够等不足,对此提出一种新评价方法,抑制多指标加权评价方法的上述不足,提高论文直接评价效度。[方法/过程]新方法将研究论文写作中存在的典型问题直接纳入评价指标定义,各评价指标采用定序尺度,各评价指标分级之间两两组合,最终对应到六个论文评价等级中的某一级。[结果/结论]新方法可用于自然工程、经济管理学科的期刊论文审稿和学位论文评议。
[ Purpose/Significance] Peer review on single research paper is a popular practice in academic publishing or research management, currently the most common peer review method for one single research paper is weighted multi-ratio indicator evaluation method. This method has some defects such as unreasonable score, non-key indicators covering key indicators, fuzzy definition of innovation evaluation indicator, and rough final grading of research paper. [ Method/Process] A new method is advanced to overcome the shortcomings of the currently widely used evaluation method by incorporating the typical problems in research and thesis writing into the evaluation index definition and mapping evaluation index level combination into the final evaluation grade of a paper. [ Result/Conclusion] The new method could be used in peer reviewing of academic journals and all kinds of research papers for improving the quality of peer review.
