摘要
闽南方言是通行于"海丝"沿线各国华人华侨及闽南地域主要生活语言和重要的交际语言。闽南方言在对外商贸、对台交流合作中有其特殊的经济、政治、社会价值。开发和挖掘这一方言资源,对于"一带一路"建设意义重大。因而要从闽南方言人才培养、方言产业、方言保护以及汉语国际推广等角度出发,整合现有成果,进行科学合理规划。
Minnan dialect is widely used not only by overseas Chinese in countries along the Maritime Silk Road,but also by people in southern Fujian Province.Its economic,political and social value has been increasingly highlighted by the important role it played in foreign trades as well as in regional exchange and cooperation with Taiwan.Thus,its development and exploitation is of great significance for the building of＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂.We must integrate present achievements and develop a comprehensive strategic conceptfrom various perspectives,such as the cultivation of dialect talents,the development of dialect industry,the dialect preservationand the international promotion of Chinese language.
