摘要
语言具有资源属性。随着语言智能为代表的语言服务产业快速发展,语言资源建设规模急剧扩大,交换日益频繁,其信息化程度大幅提高,随之而来的则是对规范化和标准化日益旺盛的需求。本文论述了语言的资源属性和交换属性的来源,并基于此提出语言资源的标准化目标是服务语言资源管理,其内涵在于语言资源的建设、交换和评价。基于这些目标,语言资源在建设阶段、交换阶段和评价阶段均应进行多方面的标准化建设。其中元数据标准、数据交换标准和性能评测标准是三类重要的建设对象。
Language can be viewed as resource.With the rapid development of the language service industry represented by language intelligence,the construction,the exchange of language resources has expanded sharply.Its degree of informatization has been greatly improved,followed by the increasingly strong demand for standardization and standardization.In this paper,we discuss the source of the resource attribute and exchange attribute of language,and propose that the standardization goal of language resources is to serve the language resource management.Its connotation lies in the construction,exchange and evaluation of language resources.Focusing on these,language resources should be standardized in many aspects in the stages of construction,exchange and evaluation.Among them,metadata standards,data exchange standards and evaluation standards should be the key points of standardization.
