摘要
以压板零件为例,采用部件族方式构建系列压板零件,可在编程时根据实际需要很方便地进行调用,用以进行干涉检查。解决了NX软件中没有现成的夹具可以调用的问题,保障了编程安全,同时使编程效率大大提高。该方法也可用于其它系列零件模型的构建,可将模型导出到VERICUT等软件中,以提高产品设计、数控编程、仿真等应用的效率及安全。
Series of clamp parts are created using parts family method for easily using them in programming according to the actual needs. It solves the lack of clamp parts in NX software. It ensures the safety of programming and greatly improves the efficiency of programming. This method can be used to build a series of other parts. The models can be exported to VERICUT software to improve the efficiency and safety of product design, NC programming and simulation application.
