摘要
基于MWorks仿真分析平台,建立了包括车身、轮胎、路面、转向、动力总成、液压等系统在内的QAY220型全路面起重机整车仿真模型。然后应用该模型进行了起重机正常转向、蟹行转向和后桥锁定转向3个工况的操纵稳定性仿真。仿真结果表明仿真模型具有良好的操纵稳定性。
Based on the MWorks simulation platform, this paper establishes the simulation model of QAY220 full road crane including body, tire, road surface, steering, powertrain, hydraulic and other systems. The model is used to simulate the steering stability of crane under three working conditions which includes normal steering, crab steering and rear axle locked steering. The simulation results show that the simulation model has good control stability.
