摘要
采用粉末轧制技术制备了大尺寸(长560-1000mm×宽210mm×厚2.5mm)钛铝多孔板,讨论了辊缝与轧制速度对钛铝多孔生板坯密度和厚度的影响,研究了钛铝多孔生板坯在不同烧结工艺下的孔隙变化情况。结果表明:随着辊缝的增大,钛铝多孔生板坯密度减小,厚度增加。随着轧制速度的增加,生板坯的密度降低,厚度变薄。生板坯经1200℃高温烧结后,反应更完全,所获得的孔隙呈现开孔隙结构。轧制速度为2m/min、辊缝为3mm时可获得孔隙率为38.02%、孔径分布均匀的钛铝多孔板。
The Ti-Al porous plate was prepared by powder rolling, and its size was (length 560-1000 mm× width 210 mm× thickness 2. 5 mm). Effects of roll gap and rolling speed on density and thickness of Ti-Al green compact were studied. The porosity variation of green compact undert different sintering process was investigated. The re- sults showed that the density of green compact decreased and the thickness increased with the increasing of roll gap. The density and thickness of green compact decreased with the increasing of rolling speed. The Ti-Al porous plate sin- tered at 1200 ℃ reacted completely and sintered compact had an open-pore microstructure. The Ti-Al porous material showed a uniform pore size distribution and a porosity of 38.02% when rolling speed was 2 m/min and roll gap 3mm.
