摘要
采用超声溶剂萃取-气相色谱质谱法建立了发泡塑料制品中苯乙酮及甲酰胺含量的同时检测方法,萃取条件:以甲醇为萃取溶剂、超声重复三次萃取,每次30 min,经极性色谱柱分离质谱检测器分析。该方法在0.5-20mg/L内线性良好,检出限(甲酰胺3.5 mg/kg、苯乙酮1.6 mg/kg)、精密度及回收率满足要求。并应用该方法对20批次实际样品进行测定,甲酰胺检出15批次,苯乙酮检出15批次,二者同时检出12批次。
A method for the simultaneous determination of the content of phenyl ethyl ketone and methyl amide in foamed plastic products was established by means of ultrasonic solvent extraction and gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Extraction conditions: methanol was used as extraction solvent and ultrasonic was applied to assist the extraction for 30 min. Three repetitions were made. The extraction was separated on a polar column and detected by mass spectrometer. The method shows good linear relationship in the 0.5-20 mg/L, and the detection limit(methanamide is 3.5 mg/kg, acetophenone is 1.6 mg/kg), precision and recovery rate are satisfied. The method is applied to the determination of 20 batches of real samples, 15 batches are detected by methanamide and acetophenone respectively, and 12 batched are detected by methanamide and acetophenone simultaneous.
