摘要
在国内,生产ADC发泡剂的方法主要是尿素法,此法工艺简单,缺点是污染严重。为此,采用A/DAT-IAT工艺处理高浓度氨氮废水—ADC发泡剂,结果表明,在温度为28℃,pH值为7.4~7.8、C/N为5、r1为400%,r2为250%时,NH3-N去除率可达96.3%;NH3-N负荷对NH3-N的去除率有较大的影响,应低于0.12NH3-N/m3.试验得到较好的脱氮效果,且出水水质稳定。
In this paper, the high concentration wastewater from azodicarbonamide was treated by A/DAT-IAT process. The study shows that the removing of NH3-N can reach 96.3%, when tempe- rature is 28℃,pH’s value is between 7.4 and 7.8, C/N is 5, r1 is 400%, r2 is 250%,and the load of NH3-N rather influence the removal rate of NH3-N, it’s value should less than 0.12NH3-N/m3.d.
