摘要
设计了铝合金底座压铸件的浇注系统,利用ProCAST软件进行了充型凝固过程数值模拟,用模拟结果修正了浇注系统并给出优化后的工艺参数:浇注温度为610℃,模具预热温度为180℃,压射速度为2m/s。设计并制造出底座压铸模具,生产出合格的底座压铸件,验证了模拟结果的正确性。
According to the structural characteristics of aluminum alloy base parts,the gating system was designed.Filling and solidification process of die casting process was simulated by the ProCAST.The optimized processing parameters were presented as follows:casting temperature of 610 ℃,preheating temperature of 180℃for mold,injection speed of 2m/s.Die-casting die was designed and manufactured to produce qualified aluminum alloy base parts,which verified the rationality of the simulated results.
