摘要
层间结合质量是影响碾压混凝土耐久性和大坝抗滑稳定性的重要影响因素。针对连续浇筑碾压层面的施工质量控制,采用快速测试碾压混凝土结合面上下层含湿率指标,并结合成型碾压层间的劈拉强度值和抗剪强度值推求了已碾与待碾层不同层间间隔时间下保证结合质量的最佳含湿率匹配范围并推导出相应层间结合强度与含湿率的模型公式。结果表明:层间间隔时间为1.5h时,上下层含湿率在19.0%~20.0%时,层间结合质量良好;层面间隔时间变长,最佳结合质量的含湿率数值变大。
The interlayer quality of roller compacted concrete (RCC) is the important influencing factor on the durability of (RCC) and dam stability against sliding. To control the interface bond quality of RCC, this paper used a new method to measure the moisture rate of upper and lower layers of RCC. The optimal range of moisture rate of upper and lower layers compacted by different time intervals can be obtained according to splitting strength and shear strength of roiled layers. And a formula to model the relation between interlayer bonding strength and moisture rate is established. The results show that it has a good interlayer bonding quality with the upper and down layers when moisture rate is at the range between 19.0% and 20.0% and the intermittent time between two concrete layers is 1.5 hours. The best moisture rate increases with the increasing of the interval time between two RCC layers.
