摘要 碾压混凝土层面结合的优劣将直接影响碾压混凝土坝体的安全运行,而层间间隔时间及不同层面处理方式则是控制层面结合的关键所在。通过研究碾压混凝土不同的层间间隔时间、不同层面处理方式,对碾压混凝土层面结合处抗剪断特性的影响进行了研究。结果显示:①尽可能缩短碾压混凝土层间间隔时间是保证RCC层面结构质量的关键。②为使上下层混凝土成为一体,此时层面不处理,直接铺筑碾压。③提出了RCC初凝后终凝前和终凝后的层面处理方式。为彭水电电站碾压混凝土重力坝施工提供了重要的参考依据。 Joint quality between two layers in RCC (roller compacted concrete) has direct effect on the safety of RCC dam, and the different time intervals between two layers roller compact and the different layers surface treatment are the key of connection. This paper discusses the influence of the different time intervals of two-layer roller compact and the different layer surface treatment on shear properties of combination between RCC layers. The results show that: ① shortening the time interval of two-layer roller compact as much as possible is the key to ensure the RCC quality of two-layer surface connection ; ② each layer surface doesn' t need treatment, on which one may directly pour so as to make RCC into an unity; ③ some treatment manners of layer surface in the period between early setting and final setting and after final setting are proposed. The finding provides important basis for RCC dam construction of Pengshui Hydropower Station.
