摘要 碾压混凝土重力坝由于大面积通仓分层碾压,很容易形成成层体系,而层间间隔时间及不同层面处理方式则是控制层面结合的关键。尽可能缩短混凝土层间间隔时间,保持现场施工的连续性,并增加振动碾压遍数,使上下层混凝土尽可能地咬合而提高层面粘结强度,是保证碾压混凝土层面结合质量的关键。通过对碾压混凝土经不同层面处理方式进行研究,对碾压混凝土层面结合处抗剪断特性的影响进行试验论证,验证和确定碾压混凝土质量控制标准和措施。为工程的后期工作提供基础性资料。 It is quite liable to form a stratified structure in construction of a roller compacted concrete gravi-ty dam due to pouring and roller compacting concrete in layers monolithically without longitudinal joints, and the concrete layering time and the treatment mode of different layer surfaces is the key to control layer surfaces. It is critical to ensure quality of layer surface binding to shorten layering time as much as possi- ble, to keep continuous site construction and to increase the number of roller compactions so that the con- crete layers could be well bound and the layer surface binding strength could be improved. The paper has verified and specified the roller compacted concrete quality control standards and measures by making a study of different treatment modes for different concrete layer surfaces and by doing shear test of binding of roller compacted concrete layers, thus providing basic information for the later stage construction of the project.
