摘要 目的探讨骨不连后大段骨缺损应用骨搬运技术诊治的效果.方法选择符合要求的胫骨不连后大段骨缺损患者25例,随机分为两组,分别采取常规治疗与骨搬运技术治疗,分析两组的治疗效果.结果实验组患者的手术、骨痂指数、Baird-Jackson踝关节功能评分、AKS膝关节功能评分、治疗总有效率和并发症发生率都显著优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论骨搬运技术应用于骨不连后大段骨缺损,可有效降低手术时间,提高疗效,值得临床应用. Objective To investigate the effects of Ilizarove (bone transport) technology in treatment of large segment bone defect after bone nonunion. Method 25 patients with large segment bone defect after the bone nonunion of tibia were selected and randomly divided into two groups, namely observation group and a control group, and patients in the two groups were treated with the conventional therapy and Ilizarove technology, respectively. Results The operation and callus indexes, Baird-Jackson ankle function scores, AKS knee function scores, total effective rate and postoperative complication incidence were better than those in the control group. Conclusion The application of bone transport technology for the treatment of large segment bone defect after bone nonunion ,can shorten the operation time and improve the curative effect is worthy to be widely used in clinic.
