摘要
目的 对全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的作用进行研究分析。方法 选取我院2014年5月-2016年5月收治的64例糖尿病患者作为本次研究对象。所有患者均采用动态随机化分法,将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各32例患者。对照组患者护理管理中使用传统教育模式,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予全程健康教育模式,观察对比两组糖尿病患者护理前后血糖变化情况。结果 护理后,研究组患者空腹血糖为(6.07±0.50)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖为(7.33±1.26)mmol/L,均优于对照组,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 对糖尿病患者采用全程健康教育进行护理,护理后血糖水平得到明显改善。
Objective To study the effect of whole health education model on diabetes nursing management.Methods 64 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were enrolled in this study. All the patients were divided into study group and control group by dynamic randomization, 32 cases in each group. In the control group, the traditional education model was used in nursing management and study group, on the basis of the control group, was given the whole health education model.ResultsThe fasting blood glucose was (6.07 ±0.50) mmol/L and postprandial blood glucose was (7.33 ± 1.26) mmol/L in the study group, which were better than those in the control group. The difference was statistically signiifcant (P〈0.05).ConclusionThe diabetic patients with full health education for care, blood glucose levels after care has been signiifcantly improved in the clinical.
