摘要
目的探讨健康教育对护理管理的影响及应用策略。方法我院2012年6月~2013年6月阶段实施常规护理管理模式,2013年6月~2014年6月阶段实施健康教育护理管理模式,对比分析两个阶段不同护理模式的应用效果。结果实施健康教育护理管理模式的患者对健康知识的掌握率以及对护理的满意度要明显优于实施常规护理模式的患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院在护理管理中实施健康教育管理模式,可有效提高患者对健康知识的掌握率以及患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of health education on nursing management and application strategy. Methods The implementation phase of the routine nursing management mode in our hospital in 2012 June^2013 year in June, the implementation phase of health education and nursing management mode in 2013 June^2014 year in June, comparative analysisof the application effect of two different stages of nursing mode. Results The implementation of health education and nursing management mode of patients was significantly better than that of routine nursing model on the implementation rate of mastering of health knowledge and satisfaction with care of patients, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hospital implementation of health education management mode in nursing management, can effectively improve the patients to grasp the health knowledge rate and patient satisfaction.
