摘要
目的:探讨临床药师在克罗恩病伴腹腔脓肿患者的药物治疗中的作用。方法:临床药师结合克罗恩病的治疗原则和治疗方案,参与调整抗感染药物,对患者营养治疗、预防用抗乙肝病毒治疗及药物不良反应等方面全程实施药学监护,及时发现患者药物治疗问题,向医师提出合理建议。结果:医师采纳临床药师建议,患者临床症状缓解。结论:临床药师通过开展全面的药学监护,提高了药物治疗水平,促进临床用药的安全性和有效性。
Objective： To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the drug treatment of Crohn＇ s disease complicated with abdominal abscess. Methods： In combination with Crohn＇ s disease treatment principle and plan, clinical pharmacists participated in the adjustment of anti-infection drugs, performed pharmaceutical care for the patient in the nutrition therapy, prevention and treatment of hepatitis B virus resistance and adverse drug reactions monitoring, discovered the medication problems and put forward reasonable suggestions to the physicians. Results： Doctors accepted the suggestions of clinical pharmacists, and the clinical symptoms of the patient were improved. Conclusion： Through comprehensive pharmaceutical care, clinical pharmacists can improve the level of drug treatment and promote the safety and efficacy of clinical medication.
