摘要
目的分析丹红注射液联用果糖注射液治疗心肌缺血的临床疗效。方法按照入院顺序将我院收治的160例心肌缺血患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各80例患者,对照组患者给予常规的对症治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予丹红注射液联合果糖注射液治疗,观察对比两组患者的临床症状及心电图改善情况,并对两组患者的临床疗效进行评价。结果观察组患者经丹红注射液联用果糖注射液治疗后总有效率为95.5%,高于对照组患者的81.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液联合果糖注射液治疗心肌缺血能提高临床治疗效果,有效改善患者心肌缺血症状,改善患者临床症状。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection combined with fructose injection in the treatment of myocardial ischemia analysis. Methods 160 cases of patients with myocardial ischemia in accordance with the order of admission to our hospital for the study were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 80 patients in each group, the control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment, on the basis, the observation was treated with Danhong injection combinated with fructose injection, clinical and ECG improvement between two groups were observed and compared, and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were evaluated. Results In observation group, total effective rate was 95.5% after Danhong injection with fructose injection therapy, significantly higher than 81.3% of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Danhong injection combined with fructose injection in the treatment of myocardial ischemia can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and improve symptoms of myocardial ischemia.
