摘要
目的对丹红注射液在心肌缺血治疗中的疗效进行分析,评价其应用价值。方法抽取2014年4月1日～2015年4月1日前来我院就诊并接受治疗的心肌缺血患者共78例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,在患者常规对症治疗基础上,对照组予以丹参注射液静脉滴注治疗,治疗组予以丹红注射液静脉滴注治疗,观察两组疗效。结果经治疗后,治疗组患者心电图改善情况优于对照组,且心功能改善情况好于对照组。结论应用丹红注射液对心肌缺血进行治疗,能够获得较好疗效。
Objective Analyze the effect of danhong injection in the treatment of myocardial ischemia, and evaluate its application value. Methods 78 cases of patients with myocardial ischemia were chosen from April 1, 2014 to April 1, 2015 in our hospital, and randomly divided into two groups. on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment, the control group received Salvia miltiorrhiza injection intravenous drip treatment, treatment group with danhong injection intravenous drip treatment, to observe the curative effect of the two groups. Results After treatment, the treatment group patients electrocardiogram improvement was significantly better than control group, and improve heart function is significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Application of danhong injection treating myocardial ischemia, can obtain good curative effect.
