摘要
目的:探究推拿治疗联合黄芪杜仲汤加减治疗在肩关节周围炎患者临中的运用效果。方法:择取2014年11月至2016年2月赣州市大余县人民医院收治的肩关节周围炎患者122例作为本次研究对象,依据患者的就诊时间先后顺序将其随机等分为研究组和参照组,每组包含61例患者,参照组患者行单纯推拿治疗,研究组患者在推拿治疗基础上联合实施黄芪杜仲汤加减治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗有效率、肩关节疼痛指标以及肩关节功能活动指标。结果:研究组患者的治疗有效率显著高于参照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,研究组患者和参照组患者的肩关节疼痛指标和肩关节功能活动指标数值大致相当,组间数据差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者和参照患者的肩关节疼痛指标和肩关节功能活动指标均发生显著降低,前后数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的肩关节疼痛指标和肩关节功能活动指标显著低于参照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对肩关节周围炎患者行推拿治疗联合黄芪杜仲汤加减治疗,能够显著提升患者的治疗有效率,降低患者的肩关节疼痛指标和肩关节功能活动指标数值水平,改善患者在患病和接受治疗期间的生活质量,值得在临床医学实践过程中予以推广运用。
Objective： To explore the effect of massage therapy combined with Astragalus Eucommia ulmoides Decoction in shoulder joint periarthritis patients. Methods： 122 patients in our hospital from November 2014 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into study group and the reference group, each consisting of 61 patients. Reference group of patients were treated with simple massage therapy; study group was treated with massage therapy based on joint implementation of Astragalus Eucommia ulmoides Decoction, then the effects were compared between the two groups, such as shoulder joint pain index and the activity of the shoulder joint function index. Results： The effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group（P0.05）. Before treatment, the patients in the study group and the reference group of patients with shoulder pain and shoulder function index values were roughly equal, the difference between the groups was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the study group patients and reference patients with shoulder pain index and shoulder function activity indicators were significantly reduced and the data before and after the difference was statistically significant（P〉0.05）. The shoulder joint pain and shoulder function activities were significantly lower in the study group than in the reference group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder, massage treatment combined with Astragalus Eucommia ulmoides Decoction can significantly improve the effect, reduce patients with shoulder joint pain index and the activity of the shoulder joint function index numerical level, improve the patients＇ quality of life, thus, it is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinical medical practice.
