摘要
目的：探讨应用小切口股骨头置换术对高龄股骨颈骨折患者进行治疗的效果。方法选取我院2012年6月～2014年8月接受小切口股骨头置换治疗的70例高龄股骨颈骨折患者的治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果平均手术时间为（57±4.1）min，术中平均出血量为（553±28） ml,术后感染率为1.43%（1/70）。0.7～4年的随访结果显示患者的总优良率、总有效率分别为78.57%、97.14%。结论对高龄股骨颈骨折患者实施小切口股骨头置换进行治疗具有微创、副作用小、恢复快等诸多优点。
Objective To investigate the effect of small incision femoral head replacement in femoral neck fracture of 70 cases of advanced age. Methods 70 cases of advances age with femoral neck fracture in our hospital from June 2012 to August 2014 were selected. The data was retrospective analyzed. Results Average operation time was（57±4.1） min, the bleeding volume was （553±28） ml, wound infection rate was 1.43%（1/70）. Good effective rate, total effective rate were 78.57%, 97.14%after 0.7-4 years follow up. Conclusion Application of small incision femoral head replacement in treating femoral neck fracture is minimally invasive and quicker recovery and has little side-effect.
