摘要
[目的]观察心脑宁胶囊联合西药治疗气滞血瘀冠心病心肌缺血疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组。对照组45例阿司匹林、他汀类、硝酸酯类等。治疗组45例心脑宁胶囊,3粒/次,Tid;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛发作次数及持续时间、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]心绞痛疗效、心肌缺血疗效、心律失常疗效两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。心绞痛发作次数及持续时间两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]心脑宁胶囊联合西药治疗气滞血瘀冠心病心肌缺血,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe Xinnaoning capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis of coronary heart disease myocardial ischemia effect. [Method] Using random parallel control method, 90 cases of hospitalized patients according to the serial number of draw simple disease were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 45 patients with aspirin, statins, nitrates and other conventional treatment. The treatment group of 45 cases of Xinnaoning capsule, 3 pills, tid; western medicine treatment with the control group. Treatment with 30 d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, angina attack frequency and duration of adverse reactions. To judge the curative effect of treatment of 1 courses. [Result] Angina pectoris curative effect, myocardial ischemia, arrhythmia efficacy of the two groups no significant difference （P〉 0.05）. Angina attack frequency and duration of two groups were improved （P〈0.01）, the treatment group improved better than the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Xinnaoning capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis of coronary heart disease myocardial ischemia, satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
