复方银丹颗粒抗垂体后叶素致大鼠急性心肌缺血的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察复方银杏丹参颗粒(复方银丹颗粒)抗垂体后叶素致大鼠急性心肌缺血的作用。方法:采取大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素(0.5 U/kg)复制大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察复方银丹颗粒对大鼠注射垂体后叶素后不同时间点Ⅱ导联心电图T波变化情况及其对血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果:复方银丹颗粒35.0,10.5 g/kg能明显改善垂体后叶素引起的心电图变化,提高大鼠血清SOD活性,降低血清CK、LDH、MDA水平。结论:复方银丹颗粒能够显著对抗垂体后叶素所致大鼠急性心肌缺血作用。 Objective :To study the effect of Compound Yindan Granules on acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in rats. Methods:The rat model of acute myocardial ischemia was induced by ranine vein injection of pituitrin 0.5 U/kg. The changes of T-waves ofⅡ lead were examined at different time point after injecting pituitrin, and the serum levels of creatine kinase(CK) ,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and malondialdehyde(MDA) as well as the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) were detected. Results:Compound Yindan Granules 35.0,10. 5 g)kg could obviously inhibit the raise of T-waves in rat myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin, and increased the activities of serum SOD, inhibited the levels of serum CK, LDH and MDA. Conclusion: Compound Yindan Granules might obviously ameliorate myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in rats.
