摘要
陈宪海教授认为咳嗽是人体的一种保护性反射,有利于去除气道分泌物,以保持气道通畅,同样也是疾病的反映;提出"从风论治咳嗽"的核心观点,主张论治咳嗽以祛风为主,急性咳嗽以祛外风为主,亚急性咳嗽内外风兼顾,慢性咳嗽以息内风为主。常以止嗽散合参苏饮为基础方加减,注重药物配伍及剂量比例。咳嗽病因繁多,在遵循整体观念和辨证论治原则上,精准把握其核心病机,急则治标,缓则标本兼治。

In clinical work, often with Zhisousan and Shensuyin based decoction, focusing on the compatibility of drugs and the proportion of dosage. Cough has a wide range of causes, in accordance with the overall concept and the treatment principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment, accurately grasp the core pathogenesis, acute treatment for the surface, slow treatment for the surface and the essence.
