摘要
教学是以人为核心的具有多维品性的实践活动。由于各种原因,长期以来人们较多地关注教学的工具性、科学性、艺术性而忽视了其伦理性,忽略挖掘教学的伦理价值及其对学生的道德培养和人格完善的意义,从而导致教育质量不如人意。"好"的教学是一种追求和实践德性的活动,其将伦理性视为重要属性,注重知识与道德的并重。因此,伦理性的教学是"好"的教学,它具有关怀和完整的特征。基于教学伦理的"好"的教学应通过教学环境等方式进行间接教学,以此使学生养成共同的社会价值观念。
Teaching is a practical activity with the core of human nature. For a long time,due to various reasons,people paid more attention to its instrumentality,scientific nature,artistry while ignoring the ethics and ignore mining the ethical value of teaching to develop its ethicality and cultivate student's morals and complete them. Thus,the quality of education is not satisfactory. Good teaching is a kind of activity of pursuing and practicing morality,which regards ethicality as an important attribute,and value both knowledge and morality. Teaching of ethics is caring and integral,it trains students shared values of society through teaching environment,indirectly.
