摘要
目的研究医院血液病房环境与诊疗用水中真菌污染状况,分析环境控制措施对医院真菌感染的防控效果。方法通过对医院环境标本细菌检测的方法和医院感染监测方法,对江苏省8所医院血液病房真菌污染现状和医院真菌感染率进行监测与分析。结果共检测空气标本462份,其中真菌采集阳性数为394份,空气中真菌检出率为85.28%;检测物体表面标本1 316份,其中真菌采集阳性数为1 056份,物体表面真菌检出率为80.24%;52份诊疗用水中未检出真菌。2014年和2015年住院患者真菌医院感染发生率分别为1.15%和2.43%。医院血液病房主要采用空气净化消毒装置、自然通风措施和紫外线灯照射消毒等空气消毒措施。结论本次所调查的江苏省8所医院血液病房环境中真菌污染严重,控制措施效果不佳,真菌感染处于增加趋势。
Objective To study the environmental factors of nosocomial fungal infection in patients with key areas in the department of hematology ward, to analyze the effect of environmental control measures on prevention and control of nosocomial fungal infection. Methods Through the method of bacterial detection in hospital environmental samples and the monitoring of nosocomial infection, the fungi contamination status and nosocomial fungal infection rate were monitored and analyzed in the hematology wards of eight hospitals in jiangsu province. Results Environmental monitoring results showed that the amount of air sampling was 462 copies ,of which the number of positive fungi collection was 394 ,with a total collection rate of 85.28%. There were 1 316 copies of surface sampling, of which the number of positive fungi collection was 1 056, with a total collection rate of 80.24%. There were 52 samples of water sampling,there was no fungal positive sample. Compared with the fungal infections rate of 1.15% in 2014,the rate of fungal infection was increased to 2.43% in 2015. Air purification disinfection device, natural ventilation measures and ultraviolet lamp irradiation disinfection measures were mainly used in the department of hematology ward. Conclusion The survey of eight hospitals in Jiangsu Province showed that the blood ward environment were seriously polluted, the control measures were not effective, and the fungal infection was in an increasing trend.
