摘要 作为性激素转运的载体蛋白,性激素结合球蛋白(sex hormone-binding globulin,SHBG)通过多种途径参与人体内代谢过程,这导致了SHBG水平在代谢性疾病中的异常表达。在代谢综合征、糖尿病、骨质疏松性骨折等一些疾病中,低水平的SHBG被证实是发生这些疾病的独立风险因子。但关于SHBG与心血管疾病之间的联系,尚未取得完善的结论,有待进一步的研究。 As a carrier protein for sex hormone transportation,sex hormone-binding globulin(SHBG)plays a role in human metabolic processes through a variety of ways,which leads to the abnormal expression of SHBG levels in metabolic diseases.In such metabolic diseases as metabolic syndrome,diabetes,and osteoporotic fracture,low levels of SHBG have been proved to be an independent risk factor for the occurrence of these events.But the relationship between SHBG and cardiovascular disease has not yet been concluded,so further study is required.
