摘要
在机器人螺柱焊生产工艺中,每一次焊接完成后,正常送钉是非常重要的一环。一个焊接循环中,如果焊枪夹钳上无螺柱,或螺柱未运行到位,将可能引起夹钳与工件焊接在一起,或无法焊接停止,就会造成备件非正常损耗、工件损坏、长时间停机。以神龙公司武汉一厂B73机器人螺柱焊高频次卡钉故障为课题,在分析螺柱运行原理、卡钉部位后,开发设计了螺柱焊送料管专用固定机构、送料器导轨与压板间隙调整块、机器人螺柱焊快速校准机构。对进口机器人螺柱焊缺陷针对性改造,螺柱输送的稳定性大幅度提高,也为螺柱焊出现问题后快速恢复提供有效技术支持。
Robot stud welding production process, the normal nail feeding is a very important part after welding complete. In a welding cycle, the gun clamp has no stud, or stud is not at a right place which may lead to clamp the workpiece welded together, welding or unable to stop,it will cause abnormal wear and tear spare parts, workpiece damage, long downtime. DPCA plant in Wuhan, a stud welding robot B73 high frequency stapling failure to issue, after analyzing the operation principle of the stud, the staple location, we develop and design of the stud welding feed tube special fixing mechanism, feeder rail and the platen gap adjustment block,stud welding robot fast calibration mechanism. On imports of stud welding robot Defects targeted transformation, stability stud delivered substantial increase, even after the problem of stud welding fast recovery to provide effective technical support.
