摘要
螺柱焊是将金属螺柱或其他类似紧固件焊至工件的方法,它是各国工业领域广泛应用的加工和装配方法。基于工业机器人控制柜和机器人本体,设计了一个螺柱焊机器人工作站,包含可以送进不同长度、不同直径螺柱的送料机构及其夹持机构、感应预热系统、储能式焊机系统及所有模块的控制协调系统。按照螺柱焊的工艺参数,通过机器人示教编程器完成自动化焊接的设置与演练。
Stud welding is a method used to weld metal stud or similar fasteners into work piece, it is widely applied to the processing and assembling in the national industry. Based on industry robot control cabinet and ontology, this paper designs a stud welding robot station. This station is equipped with the conveying and holding mechanism which can be used to send the screw with the different length and diameter into the station, induction heating systems, energy storage type welding machine system and control system covering every part, According to the stud welding process, the robot teaching programmer is used to accomplish the set of automatic welding and exercise.
