动物双歧杆菌A6对减轻小鼠慢性酒精肝损伤的作用 被引量:4

摘要 本试验通过给雄性7周龄ICR小鼠灌胃50%乙醇,造成慢性酒精肝损伤模型,处理组灌胃不同浓度的动物双歧杆菌A6菌悬液(低剂量组1.0×10~8CFU/mL,高剂量组1.0×10~10CFU/mL)。12周后,通过观察小鼠表观特征,测量小鼠血清中ALT、AST、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、肝脏中ALT、AST、MDA、GSH、GSH-Px等指标,评价不同浓度动物双歧杆菌A6在改善慢性酒精肝损伤方面的能力。结果显示,动物双歧杆菌A6低剂量组能维持小鼠体重持续增长,料重比较酒精损伤组升高;显著降低小鼠血清TG水平(P〈0.05);肝脏重量、肾脏重量显著高于酒精损伤组(P〈0.05);小鼠血清AST含量显著提高(P〈0.05),且高于对照组和酒精损伤组,血清LDL-C含量显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。高剂量组能维持小鼠体重持续增长;料重比较酒精损伤组升高;肝脏重量显著高于酒精损伤组(P〈0.05);肝脏MDA含量高于对照组和酒精损伤组(P〉0.05),GSH含量显著高于对照组和酒精损伤组(P〈0.05)。结果表明,动物双歧杆菌A6具有一定减轻慢性酒精肝损伤的作用,为益生菌的功能开发提供了新的思路。 In this study,male ICR mice(7wk of age) fed 50% alcohol were used to induce chronic alcoholic injury model.High dose and low dose of Bifidobacterium A6 were used as the treatment groups.After 12 weeks,functional assessments of chronic alcoholic injury treated by Bifidobacterium A6 was taken by observing apparent characteristics of ICR,measuring ALT,AST,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C in serum; ALT,AST,MDA,GSH and GSH-Px in liver.The results indicated that compared with alcohol injury group,the level of LDL-C in serum of Bifidobacterium A6 high dose group fell from 0.12mmol/L to 0.05mmol/L; the level of ALT in liver of Bifidobacterium A6 low dose group rose from 4.2405U/g protein to 4.6528U/g protein.The results showed that Bifidobacterium A6 could certainly alleviate chronic alcoholic liver injury and provide new ideas for the development of functional probiotics.
