摘要
目的通过对影响该院科室质量与安全管理工作的因素进行分析,提出改进科室质量与安全管理工作的建议,提高管理水平。方法通过个人访谈和文献查阅收集资料,运用鱼骨图分析法,对于该院科室质量与安全管理工作的影响因素进行分析。结果影响科室质量与安全管理的影响因素有思想因素、技术因素、环境因素、制度因素49部分。结论为进一步加强科室质量与安全管理工作,质控办要加强对科室质控员的培训,规范科室质量与安全管理的相关制度及职能科室的协调机制,各职能科室要加强督导检查,抓住重点环节、重点对象,同时各科室应加强对科室质控员的管理。
Objective To analyze the influence factors of department quality and safety management work in our hospital and put forwards the improvement measures of department quality and safety management to improve the management level.Methods The data were collected by the personal interview and literature searching, and the influence factors of department quality and safety management work in our hospital were analyzed by the fishbone diagram. Results The influence factors of department quality and safety management were ideal factor, technical factor, environment factor and system factor. Conclusion In order to further enhance the department quality and safety management work, the quality control office needs to enhance the training of department quality control staff, standardize the related systems of department quality and safety management and coordination mechanism of functional department, and various functional departments need to enhance the supervision and examination, catch the key links and key objects and enhance the management of quality control staff in various departments.
