摘要
为减少临床科室的非医疗性工作,本院在全国率先建立了一支专门从事非医疗性质的人员体系——专职秘书。该体系的建立及应用,为科室、部门及医院减少了大量的事务性工作。医护人员的时间得到更有效的利用,医院信息得到了更快速的传达,为医院的持续发展起到了重要作用。
Our Hospital built a special non-medical personnel system which is full-time secretary,in order to reduce the non-medical affairs of clinical department.The building of this system decreases many non-medical daily affairs for clinical department and whole hospital.The utilization of medical staff's time became more effective,and the transition of information became much faster,which took great effect on the continuous development of hospital.
