摘要
大学生就业难是当前的社会热点问题之一,由其引起的大学生就业道德缺失问题也越来越受到社会各界的关注。通过对A省8所高校90后大学毕业生就业道德问题的实际调查研究发现,目前我国90后大学毕业生就业道德现状堪忧,文科生和一本院校学生就业道德认知消极;理科生受就业道德环境影响较小,一本院校受就业道德环境影响较大;文科生更容易在求职中出现不道德行为;就业道德对男生和一本院校学生的约束力需要加强。这些问题产生的原因值得反思,创新90后大学毕业生就业道德干预方式,提高工作的针对性和实效性势在必行。
The harsh situation of college students, employment has become one of the hot issues in the current society, and more and more attention has been paid to the moral decline of university students in job - hunting throughout the whole society. This paper investigated moral problems of college students born in 1990s in the course of seeking employment in 8 colleges in A Province T which shows that the current situation of moral problems deservres serious consideration. The reasons are as follows： students majoring in arts and students from key universities have a negative ethical cognition; students majoring in science have been less influenced by moral milieu in employment while the students in key universities have been influenced greatly. Moreover,students majoring in arts are more inclined to act immorally in job hunting. It is necessary to strengthen the binding force of morality in job - hunting on male and key universities students. The causes for the problems are worth thinking, thus it is imperative to innovate ways to intervene in the morality of the college students bom in 1990s in the course of seeking employment, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the work.
